What if the tenant cannot pay the rent?

It can never be guaranteed that a tenant can pay the rent or will not damage your property in any way. Maxim will do everything that we can however to protect your rental income by taking adequate references, taking a deposit, setting up a direct debit for rent payments and using correct agreements, with strategies for chasing late and unpaid rent.
